My practice provides trauma-informed individual and couples therapy for clients across Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey, and New York. Sessions are offered virtually for your privacy, comfort, and convenience.
Individual Therapy Fees
Intake Session: $250
Your intake session is a comprehensive, one-time appointment where we explore your emotional history, current challenges, and therapeutic goals. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what therapy will look like for you and how we’ll approach your healing journey.
Ongoing Sessions: $225
Individual sessions help you gain clarity, regulate emotions, and develop practical skills to break old patterns and create emotional stability. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotional Regulation techniques, and trauma-informed strategies designed to help you heal, reset, and grow.

Couples Therapy Fees
Intake Session: $300
The couple’s intake allows both partners to express their perspectives, clarify what’s not working, and define shared goals. You’ll receive an overview of the therapeutic process and initial insights to begin creating emotional safety and alignment.
Ongoing Sessions: $275
Couples therapy is grounded in Emotional Safety Work — a framework that helps partners identify emotional triggers, repair ruptures, and rebuild connection through communication and trust. Sessions are tailored to help you move from reaction to understanding, from defensiveness to empathy, and from disconnection to closeness.
Intensive Sessions (Extended Sessions)
Sometimes, traditional weekly therapy doesn’t provide the space needed for deeper repair, emotional breakthroughs, or long-term pattern work. Intensive sessions are designed for clients ready to experience powerful, concentrated progress in a shorter amount of time.
These sessions allow us to go beyond the surface and address the core of emotional or relational challenges. They’re particularly effective for trauma recovery, major transitions, and couples seeking accelerated relationship repair.

Flexible Payment Options: Clients may pay the full rate upfront or use flexible payment options for extended sessions. During your consultation, we’ll review which option best supports your goals and budget.
Intensives often include follow-up resources, reflection prompts, and integration tools to ensure lasting change after your session.
In-Network Insurance
I am in-network with:
- CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS)
- BlueCross BlueShield affiliates
- United Healthcare
If you have one of these insurance providers, I can bill directly for eligible sessions. Coverage varies by plan, and copay amounts or deductibles may apply. Before your first session, please contact your provider to confirm your mental health benefits, including coverage for intake and ongoing sessions.
When using insurance, I’ll provide transparent billing through the client portal and assist with any necessary documentation.
Out-of-Network Clients
If you have an insurance plan that I am not in-network with, you may still be eligible for partial reimbursement for out-of-network psychotherapy. I provide a superbill (a detailed receipt of services) that you can submit to your insurance provider.

Private Pay Benefits
Even with insurance options available, many clients choose to pay privately. Private pay gives you complete confidentiality, flexibility, and control over your therapy. It allows us to focus on your emotional goals rather than diagnostic requirements.

- No restrictions on session type, length, or frequency
- Confidential records — no third-party access
- The ability to integrate holistic or coaching approaches as needed

Payment Methods
Payment is due at the time of service and can be made securely through your client portal. Accepted payment methods include:
- All major credit/debit cards
- Health Savings Accounts (HSA) / Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
If you’re using an HSA or FSA card, please confirm eligibility with your provider. Most therapy services qualify.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations within less than 48 hours are charged the cancelation fee.
This policy helps maintain consistency and allows space for other clients who may be waiting for sessions. Setting this boundary also models self-accountability and respect for time — both important parts of healing work.
Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)
In compliance with the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) outlining expected therapy costs. You’ll receive this estimate before your first session or upon request.
The GFE ensures transparency and helps you make informed decisions about your mental health investment — with no hidden fees or surprises.
